I was born and raised right here in Atlanta, Georgia. My mom introduced me to real estate at a young age. I have fond memories of the school bus dropping me off at the model home and spending time with her, learning from the best how to serve and how to sell!
As a young adult my interests were in performing arts. In high school I was named Best Actress in Georgia. Upon graduation, I was off to St. Louis, Missouri to study musical theatre at Webster University. Four years later I graduated with a 3.5 GPA and a BFA (Bachelors in Fine Arts) from Webster. For the next 5 years I was off using my talent, hard work, and determination landing me rolls in some of my favorite shows including Cabaret, Chicago, Gypsy, Bee Hive, Oklahoma, and Hello Dolly.
My love of performing has allowed me to travel, perform on a Norwegian cruise ship, impersonate Janis Joplin, Connie Francis, and Brenda Lee, and develop skills that I use everyday as a realtor. All these experiences have shaped me and given me the ability to meet and connect with people from all walks of life. Due to my full exposure to life and the arts, I have developed a love for people and for home.
When I moved back to Georgia I went straight to work as a loan officer for a mortgage company. This experience was crucial to helping me understand the entire buying and selling process. With this knowledge of how loans are processed and what it takes to be "qualified", I am able to pre-qualify potential buyers quickly for your home or help you find the right loan with out getting ripped off.
During my days as a loan officer I began to get more involved with the real estate side of the transaction. I became a licensed agent, and with the knowledge I gained from years working with my mom, I went straight to work. As a Realtor, I am able to offer you more than you can find anywhere else. I love working with first home buyers, educating them throughout the entire process. I am a hand holder - I can take you by the hand and make the process of buying your first home fun, the way it should be. Make no mistake, buying a home is a big decision, this is why I am available seven days a week at anytime. This attention to detail is why my clients have been with me from the start, over seven years ago.
I have been with Atlanta Communities (formerly a national franchise operator) from the start of my career. In my first year of real estate I earned the Executive Club status. In my second, third and fourth years, I earned the award of 100% Club. I have been a member of the Million Dollar Club for the past four years as well as the Platinum club. In 2006, I was presented with my biggest award thus far, the Hall of Fame award! My office has been named the World's Largest Single franchise office in 2002 and 2003. It received Owners and Brokers of the Year 2002 and 2003. I am proud to say I work for the best brokers in the business. I reach them anytime day or night.
